the muscles will increase blood flow, will give you more control and will increase the sensations in the intimate area.
Kegel exercises are activities that you can do to make the muscles of your pelvic floor stronger. However, some people find it hard to know if they
are doing them right, or if progress is being made. That is where VagiYoga comes in, to guide you and tell you exactly how your muscles are responding,
for a maximum effectiveness of the exercise.
HOW IT WORKS:
The app connects to the VagiYoga device using Bluetooth technology.
As a personal trainer, the app walks you through a series of activities using your Kegel muscles, pretty much like a mobile game in which you try to hit
targets. It will give you visual feedback to manage, monitor, and easily determine your progress and how well you are doing each exercise.
